What is PRIVATE eating disorder recovery COACHING?
Recovery coaching serves as an additional resource in your recovery journey, helping to identify areas where you may feel stuck and establish actionable goals to help you move forward. Together, we explore how your eating disorder influences your beliefs, behaviours and daily routines, and we work on practical strategies to address these challenges directly.
Unlike traditional therapy, coaching emphasizes the present moment and focuses on specific goal-setting, prioritizing action over contemplation. This coaching process is dynamic, intensive, and highly interactive. It functions as a supportive tool to help you remain accountable, pinpoint areas of stagnation, and make meaningful progress towards your goals. Ultimately, coaching aims to create a safe and encouraging environment that supports your journey toward full recovery.
