Information about the sessions:

  • Discovery call (15 min) with Charlotte to learn what you can expect in a session and ask all your questions

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom or in person depending on the situation

  • Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current situation and understanding your unique needs and goals

  • Weekly goals/homework are sent at the end of each session

  • Text or email support in between sessions to keep you on track at all times

  • If involved, collaboration with the treatment team in place

  • For younger ones: parent support available

  • Sessions last 60 min
